5-Day group joining Kenya Safari Overview
The Masai Mara and Amboseli safari is a perfect five-day Kenya safari that offers some of the country’s most spectacular views. This safari takes you to the Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s most popular wildlife safari destination. In Amboseli, you’ll see Mount Kilimanjaro, dubbed “The Roof of Africa”, which is the highest point on the continent.
Day 1 Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve
After pick-up from the airport or your hotel in Nairobi by your professional guide, depart the Nairobi region for the Masai Mara. You will drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley, with a brief stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, where you will have a chance to take photos before proceeding to the Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch.
This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains, famous for its spectacular great wildebeest migration. It is also home to the Big Five: lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. Proceed for an evening game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver-guide, returning to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Kenya’s Masai Mara is, without a doubt, one of the greatest safari destinations in Africa.
Between July and October, the great migration gets busy. Millions of zebra and wildebeest make the dangerous crossing across the Masai Mara in search of new grazing territory. In their wake comes a veritable horde of predators, including lions and leopards. Our guide will ensure that you get the best photographic opportunities and enrich you with the amazing cultural practices of the local communities of the Maasai people.
